EZLynx is a insurance platform. If you want WooCommerce orders synced to EZLynx, you could pay for a cloud automation service. Or you could do it directly from WordPress. This is the direct route.

Why not just use Zapier?

For connecting WooCommerce to insurance, a cloud automation service adds cost and a dependency on an external server. AFI runs on your site with no task limits.

What you will need

  • A WordPress site with WooCommerce installed and configured.
  • A EZLynx account.
  • The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect EZLynx to AFI

EZLynx uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → EZLynx, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it WooCommerce to EZLynx.

2. Pick your trigger

Select WooCommerce as the form provider. AFI fires when an order status changes, giving you access to customer details, billing and shipping addresses, line items, totals, and payment method.

3. Select EZLynx as the destination

Choose EZLynx from the platform dropdown and pick Create Lead. This creates a lead in EZLynx.

4. Map fields

Match each EZLynx field on the left to the corresponding WooCommerce order field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, phone, billing address, order total, and product details. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule. For example, only sync orders above a specific total, or only completed orders.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your WooCommerce store. Check EZLynx to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.

Free vs Pro

The free version maps name, email, and phone to EZLynx with unlimited orders. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-order fees on any plan.

Frequently asked questions

Which WooCommerce events trigger the integration?

AFI fires when an order status changes (for example, pending to processing, or processing to completed). This covers new orders, successful payments, refunds, and cancellations.

Will adding this slow down my checkout?

No. AFI sends data to the destination after the order is processed. Your customers complete checkout normally without any delay.

Can I send orders to multiple platforms?

Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every order flows to all of them simultaneously.
