How to Send weForms Data to Wrike

Wrike is a project management tool for organizing work and collaborating. If you want weForms submission synced to Wrike, you could pay for a cloud automation service. Or you could do it directly from WordPress. This is the direct route.

Connect Wrike to AFI

Wrike uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Wrike, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it weForms to Wrike.

2. Pick your trigger

Select weForms as the form provider. AFI fires when a form is submitted, giving you access to submitter name, email, phone, and any custom form fields.

3. Select Wrike as the destination

Choose Wrike from the platform dropdown and pick Create Task. This creates a task in Wrike.

4. Map fields

Match each Wrike field on the left to the corresponding weForms field on the right. Common mappings include submitter name, email, phone, and any custom form fields. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in weForms. Check Wrike to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
