How to Send weForms Data to Workable

Workable is a recruiting platform. Getting weForms submission into Workable does not require external tools. Advanced Form Integration handles it natively, and this guide covers every step.

Connect Workable to AFI

Workable uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Workable, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it weForms to Workable.

2. Pick your trigger

Select weForms as the form provider. AFI fires when a form is submitted, giving you access to submitter name, email, phone, and any custom form fields.

3. Select Workable as the destination

Choose Workable from the platform dropdown and pick Add Candidate. This adds a candidate in Workable.

4. Map fields

Match each Workable field on the left to the corresponding weForms field on the right. Common mappings include submitter name, email, phone, and any custom form fields. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in weForms. Check Workable to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
