How to Send weForms Data to Systeme.io
Systeme.io is a all-in-one marketing platform. Getting weForms submission into Systeme.io does not require external tools. Advanced Form Integration handles it natively, and this guide covers every step.
Skip the automation middleman
Rather than routing data through a third-party cloud, AFI sends it directly from your WordPress server to all-in-one marketing. No task meter, no monthly bill.
What you will need
- A WordPress site with weForms installed and configured.
- A Systeme.io account.
- The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).
Connect Systeme.io to AFI
- Log in to your Systeme.io account.
- Go to Settings → API and copy your API Key.
- In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Systeme.io.
- Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.
Setting up the integration
1. Create a new integration
Go to AFI → Add New. Name it weForms to Systeme.io.
2. Pick your trigger
Select weForms as the form provider. AFI fires when a form is submitted, giving you access to submitter name, email, phone, and any custom form fields.
3. Select Systeme.io as the destination
Choose Systeme.io from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This adds a contact to Systeme.io.
4. Map fields
Match each Systeme.io field on the left to the corresponding weForms field on the right. Common mappings include submitter name, email, phone, and any custom form fields. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.
5. Add conditions if needed
Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.
6. Save and test
Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in weForms. Check Systeme.io to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
Free vs Pro
The free version maps email and name to Systeme.io with unlimited records. Pro adds custom field mapping and tag assignment. No per-record fees on any plan.
Frequently asked questions
Which weForms events trigger the integration?
AFI fires when a form is submitted. This covers new submissions and relevant status changes.
Will adding this slow down my site?
No. AFI sends data to the destination after the event completes. Your site performance is not affected.
Can I send data to multiple platforms?
Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every record flows to all of them simultaneously.
