How to Send weForms Data to SuperOffice

SuperOffice is a CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. weForms handles a form is submitted on your WordPress site. SuperOffice is where that data needs to go. Here is how to connect them without Zapier or code.

Connect SuperOffice to AFI

SuperOffice uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → SuperOffice, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it weForms to SuperOffice.

2. Pick your trigger

Select weForms as the form provider. AFI fires when a form is submitted, giving you access to submitter name, email, phone, and any custom form fields.

3. Select SuperOffice as the destination

Choose SuperOffice from the platform dropdown and pick Add Person. This creates a person in SuperOffice.

4. Map fields

Match each SuperOffice field on the left to the corresponding weForms field on the right. Common mappings include submitter name, email, phone, and any custom form fields. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in weForms. Check SuperOffice to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
