Connect Follow Up Boss to AFI

1. Log in to your Follow Up Boss account.
2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API Key.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Follow Up Boss.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Ultimate Member to Follow Up Boss.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Ultimate Member as the form provider. AFI fires when a user registers or updates their profile, giving you access to user name, email, username, account type, and custom profile fields.

3. Select Follow Up Boss as the destination

Choose Follow Up Boss from the platform dropdown and pick Add Lead. This creates a lead in Follow Up Boss.

4. Map fields

Match each Follow Up Boss field on the left to the corresponding Ultimate Member field on the right. Common mappings include user name, email, username, account type, and custom profile fields. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

6. Save and test
