How to Send The Events Calendar Data to Planhat

Connect Planhat to AFI

1. Log in to your Planhat account.
2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API Token.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it The Events Calendar to Planhat.

3. Select Planhat as the destination

4. Map fields

Match each Planhat field on the left to the corresponding The Events Calendar field on the right. Common mappings include attendee name, email, event title, event date, ticket type, and order total. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in The Events Calendar. Check Planhat to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
