How to Send SureCart Orders to Adobe Campaign
Adobe Campaign is a marketing automation platform. SureCart handles a checkout or order is completed on your WordPress site. Adobe Campaign is where that data needs to go. Here is how to connect them without Zapier or code.
Why not just use Zapier?
For connecting marketing automation, a cloud automation service adds cost and a dependency on an external server. AFI runs on your site with no task limits.
What you will need
- A WordPress site with SureCart installed and configured.
- A Adobe Campaign account.
- The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).
Connect Adobe Campaign to AFI
Adobe Campaign uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Adobe Campaign, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.
Setting up the integration
1. Create a new integration
Go to AFI → Add New. Name it SureCart to Adobe Campaign.
2. Pick your trigger
Select SureCart as the form provider. AFI fires when a checkout or order is completed, giving you access to customer details, product information, and order totals.
3. Select Adobe Campaign as the destination
Choose Adobe Campaign from the platform dropdown and pick Create Profile. This creates a profile in Adobe Campaign.
4. Map fields
Match each Adobe Campaign field on the left to the corresponding SureCart field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, product details, and order total. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.
5. Add conditions if needed
Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.
6. Save and test
Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your SureCart store. Check Adobe Campaign to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
Free vs Pro
The free version maps email and name to Adobe Campaign with unlimited orders. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-order fees on any plan.
Frequently asked questions
Which SureCart events trigger the integration?
AFI fires when a checkout or order is completed. This covers new orders, customer details, and product information.
Will adding this slow down my checkout?
No. AFI sends data to the destination after the order is processed. Your customers complete checkout normally without any delay.
Can I send orders to multiple platforms?
Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every order flows to all of them simultaneously.
