How to Send SureCart Orders to AddCalendar

AddCalendar is a calendar platform. Here is how to pipe SureCart order data straight into AddCalendar using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.

Connect AddCalendar to AFI

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it SureCart to AddCalendar.

3. Select AddCalendar as the destination

Choose AddCalendar from the platform dropdown and pick Add Event. This creates an event in AddCalendar.

4. Map fields

Match each AddCalendar field on the left to the corresponding SureCart field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, product details, and order total. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your SureCart store. Check AddCalendar to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
