How to Send SureCart Orders to Acelle Mail

Connect Acelle Mail to AFI

1. Log in to your Acelle Mail dashboard.
2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API Token.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Acelle Mail.
4. Enter your API URL and Token, then click Save.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it SureCart to Acelle Mail.

2. Pick your trigger

Select SureCart as the form provider. AFI fires when a checkout or order is completed, giving you access to customer details, product information, and order totals.

3. Select Acelle Mail as the destination

Choose Acelle Mail from the platform dropdown and pick Add Subscriber. This adds a subscriber to an Acelle Mail list.

4. Map fields

Match each Acelle Mail field on the left to the corresponding SureCart field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, product details, and order total. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your SureCart store. Check Acelle Mail to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
