How to Send SureCart Orders to AccuLynx

AccuLynx is a CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. SureCart handles a checkout or order is completed on your WordPress site. AccuLynx is where that data needs to go. Here is how to connect them without Zapier or code.

Why connect directly?

What you will need

• A WordPress site with SureCart installed and configured.
• A AccuLynx account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect AccuLynx to AFI

AccuLynx uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → AccuLynx, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it SureCart to AccuLynx.

2. Pick your trigger

Select SureCart as the form provider. AFI fires when a checkout or order is completed, giving you access to customer details, product information, and order totals.

3. Select AccuLynx as the destination

Choose AccuLynx from the platform dropdown and pick Create Lead. This creates a lead in AccuLynx.

4. Map fields

Match each AccuLynx field on the left to the corresponding SureCart field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, product details, and order total. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your SureCart store. Check AccuLynx to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
