How to Send LearnDash Enrollments to Tebra (Kareo)

Connect Tebra (Kareo) to AFI

Tebra (Kareo) uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Tebra (Kareo), click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it LearnDash to Tebra (Kareo).

2. Pick your trigger

Select LearnDash as the form provider. AFI fires when a student enrolls in a course or completes a lesson, giving you access to student details, course information, and enrollment data.

3. Select Tebra (Kareo) as the destination

Choose Tebra (Kareo) from the platform dropdown and pick Add Patient. This creates a patient in Tebra.

4. Map fields

Match each Tebra (Kareo) field on the left to the corresponding LearnDash field on the right. Common mappings include student name, email, course title, and enrollment date. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain enrollments? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Complete a test enrollment in LearnDash. Check Tebra (Kareo) to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
