How to Send LearnDash Enrollments to Breeze ChMS

Breeze ChMS is a church management platform. Here is how to pipe LearnDash data straight into Breeze ChMS using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with LearnDash installed and at least one course.

Connect Breeze ChMS to AFI

1. Log in to your Breeze ChMS account.
2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API Key.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Breeze ChMS.
4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it LearnDash to Breeze ChMS.

2. Pick your trigger

Select LearnDash as the form provider. AFI fires when a student enrolls in a course or completes a lesson, giving you access to student details, course information, and enrollment data.

3. Select Breeze ChMS as the destination

Choose Breeze ChMS from the platform dropdown and pick Add Person. This creates a person in Breeze ChMS.

4. Map fields

Match each Breeze ChMS field on the left to the corresponding LearnDash field on the right. Common mappings include student name, email, course title, and enrollment date. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain enrollments? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Complete a test enrollment in LearnDash. Check Breeze ChMS to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
