How to Send LearnDash Enrollments to Acumbamail

What you will need

Connect Acumbamail to AFI

1. Log in to your Acumbamail account.
2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API Key.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Acumbamail.
4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it LearnDash to Acumbamail.

2. Pick your trigger

Select LearnDash as the form provider. AFI fires when a student enrolls in a course or completes a lesson, giving you access to student details, course information, and enrollment data.

3. Select Acumbamail as the destination

Choose Acumbamail from the platform dropdown and pick Add Subscriber. This adds a subscriber to an Acumbamail list.

4. Map fields

Match each Acumbamail field on the left to the corresponding LearnDash field on the right. Common mappings include student name, email, course title, and enrollment date. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain enrollments? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Complete a test enrollment in LearnDash. Check Acumbamail to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
