Acuity Scheduling is a appointment scheduling platform. Every LearnDash enrollment should flow into Acuity Scheduling automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

The direct approach

AFI delivers enrollment and course data straight from WordPress to Acuity Scheduling. No third-party cloud, no per-task fees, and every request is logged for troubleshooting.

What you will need

  • A WordPress site with LearnDash installed and at least one course.
  • A Acuity Scheduling account.
  • The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Acuity Scheduling to AFI

  1. Log in to your Acuity Scheduling account.
  2. Go to Settings → API and copy your User ID and API Key.
  3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Acuity Scheduling.
  4. Enter your User ID and API Key, then click Save.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it LearnDash to Acuity Scheduling.

2. Pick your trigger

Select LearnDash as the form provider. AFI fires when a student enrolls in a course or completes a lesson, giving you access to student details, course information, and enrollment data.

3. Select Acuity Scheduling as the destination

Choose Acuity Scheduling from the platform dropdown and pick Create Appointment. This creates an appointment in Acuity Scheduling.

4. Map fields

Match each Acuity Scheduling field on the left to the corresponding LearnDash field on the right. Common mappings include student name, email, course title, and enrollment date. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain enrollments? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Complete a test enrollment in LearnDash. Check Acuity Scheduling to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.

Free vs Pro

The free version maps name, email, phone, and date to Acuity Scheduling with unlimited enrollments. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-enrollment fees on any plan.

Frequently asked questions

Which LearnDash events trigger the integration?

AFI fires when a student enrolls in a course or completes a lesson. This covers new enrollments, course completions, and student registrations.

Will adding this slow down my site?

No. AFI sends data to the destination after the enrollment event completes. Your students are not affected.

Can I send enrollments to multiple platforms?

Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every enrollment flows to all of them simultaneously.
