How to Send FormCraft Submissions to Encompass (ICE Mortgage)

Encompass (ICE Mortgage) is a mortgage platform. Every FormCraft submission should flow into Encompass (ICE Mortgage) without manual effort. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

Connect Encompass (ICE Mortgage) to AFI

Encompass (ICE Mortgage) uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Encompass (ICE Mortgage), click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it FormCraft to Encompass (ICE Mortgage).

2. Pick your trigger

Select FormCraft as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select Encompass (ICE Mortgage) as the destination

Choose Encompass (ICE Mortgage) from the platform dropdown and pick Create Loan. This creates a loan file in Encompass.

4. Map fields

Match each Encompass (ICE Mortgage) field on the left to the corresponding FormCraft field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your FormCraft form and submit. Check Encompass (ICE Mortgage) to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
