How to Send FormCraft Submissions to Campaigner

Campaigner is a email marketing platform for managing subscribers and campaigns. FormCraft is a versatile drag-and-drop form builder for WordPress. Campaigner is where that data needs to go. Here is how to connect them without Zapier or code.

Why not just use Zapier?

For connecting FormCraft to email marketing, a cloud automation service adds cost and a dependency on an external server. AFI runs on your site with no task limits.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with FormCraft installed and at least one form.
• A Campaigner account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Campaigner to AFI

1. Log in to your Campaigner account.
2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API Key.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Campaigner.
4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it FormCraft to Campaigner.

2. Pick your trigger

Select FormCraft as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select Campaigner as the destination

Choose Campaigner from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This adds a contact to Campaigner.

4. Map fields

Match each Campaigner field on the left to the corresponding FormCraft field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your FormCraft form and submit. Check Campaigner to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
