How to Send FormCraft Submissions to Calendly

Calendly is a appointment scheduling platform. Here is how to pipe FormCraft submissions straight into Calendly using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.

Skip the automation middleman

What you will need

• A WordPress site with FormCraft installed and at least one form.
• A Calendly account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Calendly to AFI

Calendly uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Calendly, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it FormCraft to Calendly.

2. Pick your trigger

Select FormCraft as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select Calendly as the destination

Choose Calendly from the platform dropdown and pick Create Event. This creates an event in Calendly.

4. Map fields

Match each Calendly field on the left to the corresponding FormCraft field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your FormCraft form and submit. Check Calendly to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
