How to Send Fluent Affiliate Data to Salesmate

Salesmate is a CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. Fluent Affiliate tracks an affiliate registers or a referral is generated, but sending that data to external platforms needs an integration. AFI bridges that gap to Salesmate.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with Fluent Affiliate installed and configured.
• A Salesmate account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Salesmate to AFI

1. Log in to Salesmate and go to Setup → API & SDK.
2. Create an API client and copy the credentials.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Salesmate.
4. Enter the credentials and click Save.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Fluent Affiliate to Salesmate.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Fluent Affiliate as the form provider. AFI fires when an affiliate registers or a referral is generated, giving you access to affiliate details, referral amounts, and commission data.

3. Select Salesmate as the destination

Choose Salesmate from the platform dropdown and pick Create Contact. This creates a contact in Salesmate.

4. Map fields

Match each Salesmate field on the left to the corresponding Fluent Affiliate field on the right. Common mappings include affiliate name, email, referral ID, commission amount, and status. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain referrals? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Fluent Affiliate. Check Salesmate to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
