How to Send Fluent Affiliate Data to Salesloft

Salesloft is a sales engagement platform. Every Fluent Affiliate an affiliate registers or a referral is generated should flow into Salesloft automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with Fluent Affiliate installed and configured.
• A Salesloft account.

Connect Salesloft to AFI

1. Log in to your Salesloft account.
2. Go to Settings → API and generate an API Key.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Salesloft.
4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Fluent Affiliate to Salesloft.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Fluent Affiliate as the form provider. AFI fires when an affiliate registers or a referral is generated, giving you access to affiliate details, referral amounts, and commission data.

3. Select Salesloft as the destination

Choose Salesloft from the platform dropdown and pick Add Person. This creates a person in Salesloft.

4. Map fields

Match each Salesloft field on the left to the corresponding Fluent Affiliate field on the right. Common mappings include affiliate name, email, referral ID, commission amount, and status. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain referrals? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Fluent Affiliate. Check Salesloft to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
