How to Send Fluent Affiliate Data to Maropost
Maropost is a marketing automation platform. Here is how to pipe Fluent Affiliate affiliate data straight into Maropost using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.
Skip the automation middleman
Rather than routing data through a third-party cloud, AFI sends it directly from your WordPress server to marketing automation. No task meter, no monthly bill.
What you will need
- A WordPress site with Fluent Affiliate installed and configured.
- A Maropost account.
- The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).
Connect Maropost to AFI

- Copy your Account ID and API Token.
- In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Maropost.
- Enter the credentials and click Save.
Setting up the integration
1. Create a new integration
Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Fluent Affiliate to Maropost.
2. Pick your trigger
Select Fluent Affiliate as the form provider. AFI fires when an affiliate registers or a referral is generated, giving you access to affiliate details, referral amounts, and commission data.
3. Select Maropost as the destination
Choose Maropost from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This adds a contact to Maropost.
4. Map fields
Match each Maropost field on the left to the corresponding Fluent Affiliate field on the right. Common mappings include affiliate name, email, referral ID, commission amount, and status. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.
5. Add conditions if needed
Only want to send certain referrals? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.
6. Save and test
Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Fluent Affiliate. Check Maropost to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
Free vs Pro
The free version maps email, first name, and last name to Maropost with unlimited referrals. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-referral fees on any plan.
Frequently asked questions
Which Fluent Affiliate events trigger the integration?
AFI fires when an affiliate registers or a referral is generated. This covers new affiliate registrations, referral creations, and commission status changes.
Will adding this slow down my site?
No. AFI sends data to the destination after the affiliate event completes. Your site performance is not affected.
Can I send affiliate data to multiple platforms?
Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every event flows to all of them simultaneously.
