How to Send Dokan Data to Podio

Podio is a project management tool for organizing work and collaborating. Here is how to pipe Dokan vendor straight into Podio using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Dokan to Podio.

3. Select Podio as the destination

Choose Podio from the platform dropdown and pick Add Item. This creates an item in a Podio app.

4. Map fields

Match each Podio field on the left to the corresponding Dokan field on the right. Common mappings include vendor name, email, store name, product title, and store category. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Dokan. Check Podio to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
