How to Send Dokan Data to Moneybird

Moneybird is an invoicing and accounting platform for managing finances. Every Dokan vendor record should flow into Moneybird automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

What you will need

Connect Moneybird to AFI

1. Log in to your Moneybird account.
2. Go to Settings → API and create an API token.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Moneybird.
4. Enter the Administration ID and API token, then click Save.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Dokan to Moneybird.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Dokan as the form provider. AFI fires when a vendor registers or a product is submitted, giving you access to vendor name, email, store name, product title, and store category.

3. Select Moneybird as the destination

Choose Moneybird from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This creates a contact in Moneybird.

4. Map fields

Match each Moneybird field on the left to the corresponding Dokan field on the right. Common mappings include vendor name, email, store name, product title, and store category. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Dokan. Check Moneybird to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
