How to Send CartFlows Orders to Campayn
Campayn is a email marketing platform for managing subscribers and campaigns. CartFlows handles an order is completed through a flow on your WordPress site. Campayn is where that data needs to go. Here is how to connect them without Zapier or code.
Why connect directly?

What you will need
- A WordPress site with CartFlows installed and configured.
- A Campayn account.
- The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).
Connect Campayn to AFI
- Log in to your Campayn account.
- Go to Settings → API and copy your API Key.
- In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Campayn.
- Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.
Setting up the integration
1. Create a new integration
Go to AFI → Add New. Name it CartFlows to Campayn.
2. Pick your trigger
Select CartFlows as the form provider. AFI fires when an order is completed through a flow, giving you access to customer details, product information, and order totals.
3. Select Campayn as the destination
Choose Campayn from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This adds a contact to a Campayn list.
4. Map fields
Match each Campayn field on the left to the corresponding CartFlows field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, product details, and order total. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.
5. Add conditions if needed
Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.
6. Save and test
Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your CartFlows store. Check Campayn to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
