How to Send CartFlows Orders to Campaignmonitor

Connect Campaignmonitor to AFI

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it CartFlows to Campaignmonitor.

2. Pick your trigger

Select CartFlows as the form provider. AFI fires when an order is completed through a flow, giving you access to customer details, product information, and order totals.

3. Select Campaignmonitor as the destination

Choose Campaignmonitor from the platform dropdown and pick Add Record. This creates a record in Campaignmonitor.

4. Map fields

Match each Campaignmonitor field on the left to the corresponding CartFlows field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, product details, and order total. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your CartFlows store. Check Campaignmonitor to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
