Connect Zoho Desk to AFI

Zoho Desk uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Zoho Desk, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it BuddyBoss to Zoho Desk.

2. Pick your trigger

Select BuddyBoss as the form provider. AFI fires when a member registers, updates their profile, or joins a group, giving you access to member details, profile fields, and activity data.

3. Select Zoho Desk as the destination

Choose Zoho Desk from the platform dropdown and pick Add Ticket. This creates a ticket in Zoho Desk.

4. Map fields

Match each Zoho Desk field on the left to the corresponding BuddyBoss field on the right. Common mappings include member name, email, profile data, and activity type. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain activities? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test a member registers, updates their profile, or joins a group in BuddyBoss. Check Zoho Desk to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
