How to Send BuddyBoss Data to Re:amaze

Connect Re:amaze to AFI

Re:amaze uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Re:amaze, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it BuddyBoss to Re:amaze.

2. Pick your trigger

Select BuddyBoss as the form provider. AFI fires when a member registers, updates their profile, or joins a group, giving you access to member details, profile fields, and activity data.

3. Select Re:amaze as the destination

Choose Re:amaze from the platform dropdown and pick Create Conversation. This creates a conversation in Re:amaze.

4. Map fields

Match each Re:amaze field on the left to the corresponding BuddyBoss field on the right. Common mappings include member name, email, profile data, and activity type. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain activities? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test a member registers, updates their profile, or joins a group in BuddyBoss. Check Re:amaze to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
