Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it BuddyBoss to Awesome Support.

2. Pick your trigger

3. Select Awesome Support as the destination

Choose Awesome Support from the platform dropdown and pick Create Ticket. This creates a support ticket in Awesome Support.

4. Map fields

Match each Awesome Support field on the left to the corresponding BuddyBoss field on the right. Common mappings include member name, email, profile data, and activity type. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain activities? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test a member registers, updates their profile, or joins a group in BuddyBoss. Check Awesome Support to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
