How to Send LifterLMS Enrollments to Doppler

Doppler is a email marketing platform for managing subscribers and campaigns. Here is how to pipe LifterLMS data straight into Doppler using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.

The direct approach

What you will need

• A WordPress site with LifterLMS installed and at least one course.

Connect Doppler to AFI

1. Log in to your Doppler account.
2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API Key.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Doppler.
4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it LifterLMS to Doppler.

3. Select Doppler as the destination

4. Map fields

Match each Doppler field on the left to the corresponding LifterLMS field on the right. Common mappings include student name, email, course title, and enrollment date. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain enrollments? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Complete a test enrollment in LifterLMS. Check Doppler to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
