How to Send LearnDash Enrollments to Follow Up Boss

Follow Up Boss is a real estate CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. LearnDash manages a student enrolls in a course or completes a lesson, but sending that data to external platforms needs an integration. AFI bridges that gap to Follow Up Boss.

What you will need

Connect Follow Up Boss to AFI

1. Log in to your Follow Up Boss account.
2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API Key.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Follow Up Boss.
4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it LearnDash to Follow Up Boss.

2. Pick your trigger

Select LearnDash as the form provider. AFI fires when a student enrolls in a course or completes a lesson, giving you access to student details, course information, and enrollment data.

3. Select Follow Up Boss as the destination

Choose Follow Up Boss from the platform dropdown and pick Add Lead. This creates a lead in Follow Up Boss.

4. Map fields

Match each Follow Up Boss field on the left to the corresponding LearnDash field on the right. Common mappings include student name, email, course title, and enrollment date. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain enrollments? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Complete a test enrollment in LearnDash. Check Follow Up Boss to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
