How to Send LearnDash Enrollments to FluentBooking

FluentBooking is a appointment scheduling platform. Every LearnDash enrollment should flow into FluentBooking automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

Connect FluentBooking to AFI

FluentBooking uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → FluentBooking, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it LearnDash to FluentBooking.

2. Pick your trigger

Select LearnDash as the form provider. AFI fires when a student enrolls in a course or completes a lesson, giving you access to student details, course information, and enrollment data.

3. Select FluentBooking as the destination

Choose FluentBooking from the platform dropdown and pick Create Booking. This creates a booking in FluentBooking.

4. Map fields

Match each FluentBooking field on the left to the corresponding LearnDash field on the right. Common mappings include student name, email, course title, and enrollment date. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain enrollments? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Complete a test enrollment in LearnDash. Check FluentBooking to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
