How to Send WPForms Submissions to ServiceTitan

ServiceTitan is a field service management platform. If you want WPForms submissions in ServiceTitan, you could pay for a cloud automation service. Or you could do it directly from WordPress. This is the direct route.

Why connect directly?

Cloud automation tools like Zapier charge per task and route your data through external servers. AFI processes everything on your WordPress site. No per-submission fees, no external dependencies.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with WPForms installed and at least one form.
• A ServiceTitan account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect ServiceTitan to AFI

1. Contact your ServiceTitan account manager for API access.
2. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → ServiceTitan.
3. Enter the client ID and secret.
4. Click Save and authorize the connection.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it WPForms to ServiceTitan.

2. Pick your trigger

Select WPForms as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select ServiceTitan as the destination

Choose ServiceTitan from the platform dropdown and pick Add Customer. This creates a customer in ServiceTitan.

4. Map fields

Match each ServiceTitan field on the left to the corresponding WPForms field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your WPForms form and submit. Check ServiceTitan to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
