How to Send WPForms Submissions to Scoro

Scoro is a business management platform. Here is how to pipe WPForms submissions straight into Scoro using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with WPForms installed and at least one form.
• A Scoro account.

Connect Scoro to AFI

1. Log in to your Scoro account.
2. Copy your Subdomain, Company Account ID, and API Key.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Scoro.
4. Enter the credentials and click Save.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it WPForms to Scoro.

2. Pick your trigger

Select WPForms as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select Scoro as the destination

Choose Scoro from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This creates a contact in Scoro.

4. Map fields

Match each Scoro field on the left to the corresponding WPForms field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your WPForms form and submit. Check Scoro to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
