How to Send WP User Frontend Data to Workable

Workable is a recruiting platform. WP User Frontend handles a post is submitted or a form is completed on your WordPress site. Workable is where that data needs to go. Here is how to connect them without Zapier or code.

Connect Workable to AFI

Workable uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Workable, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it WP User Frontend to Workable.

2. Pick your trigger

Select WP User Frontend as the form provider. AFI fires when a post is submitted or a form is completed, giving you access to author name, email, post title, post content, and custom field values.

3. Select Workable as the destination

Choose Workable from the platform dropdown and pick Add Candidate. This adds a candidate in Workable.

4. Map fields

Match each Workable field on the left to the corresponding WP User Frontend field on the right. Common mappings include author name, email, post title, post content, and custom field values. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in WP User Frontend. Check Workable to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
