How to Send WP User Frontend Data to Google Drive

1. Create a new integration

3. Select Google Drive as the destination

Choose Google Drive from the platform dropdown and pick Upload File. This uploads a file to Google Drive.

4. Map fields

Match each Google Drive field on the left to the corresponding WP User Frontend field on the right. Common mappings include author name, email, post title, post content, and custom field values. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in WP User Frontend. Check Google Drive to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
