How to Send WP Job Manager Data to Zoho Meeting

Connect Zoho Meeting to AFI

Zoho Meeting uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Zoho Meeting, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it WP Job Manager to Zoho Meeting.

2. Pick your trigger

Select WP Job Manager as the form provider. AFI fires when a job listing is submitted, giving you access to company name, job title, email, location, job type, and application URL.

3. Select Zoho Meeting as the destination

Choose Zoho Meeting from the platform dropdown and pick Register for Webinar. This registers a contact for a Zoho Meeting webinar.

4. Map fields

Match each Zoho Meeting field on the left to the corresponding WP Job Manager field on the right. Common mappings include company name, job title, email, location, job type, and application URL. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in WP Job Manager. Check Zoho Meeting to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
