How to Send WP Job Manager Data to Salesmate

Connect Salesmate to AFI

1. Log in to Salesmate and go to Setup → API & SDK.
2. Create an API client and copy the credentials.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Salesmate.
4. Enter the credentials and click Save.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it WP Job Manager to Salesmate.

2. Pick your trigger

Select WP Job Manager as the form provider. AFI fires when a job listing is submitted, giving you access to company name, job title, email, location, job type, and application URL.

3. Select Salesmate as the destination

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in WP Job Manager. Check Salesmate to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
