How to Send WP Job Manager Data to Airmeet

Connect Airmeet to AFI

1. Log in to your Airmeet account.
2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API Key.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Airmeet.
4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it WP Job Manager to Airmeet.

2. Pick your trigger

Select WP Job Manager as the form provider. AFI fires when a job listing is submitted, giving you access to company name, job title, email, location, job type, and application URL.

3. Select Airmeet as the destination

Choose Airmeet from the platform dropdown and pick Register Attendee. This registers an attendee for an Airmeet event.

4. Map fields

Match each Airmeet field on the left to the corresponding WP Job Manager field on the right. Common mappings include company name, job title, email, location, job type, and application URL. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in WP Job Manager. Check Airmeet to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
