How to Send WP Event Manager Data to ServiceTitan
ServiceTitan is a field service management platform. Getting WP Event Manager event into ServiceTitan does not require external tools. Advanced Form Integration handles it natively, and this guide covers every step.
Skip the automation middleman
Rather than routing data through a third-party cloud, AFI sends it directly from your WordPress server to field service management. No task meter, no monthly bill.
What you will need
- A WordPress site with WP Event Manager installed and configured.
- A ServiceTitan account.
- The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).
Connect ServiceTitan to AFI
- Contact your ServiceTitan account manager for API access.
- In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → ServiceTitan.
- Enter the client ID and secret.
- Click Save and authorize the connection.
Setting up the integration
1. Create a new integration
Go to AFI → Add New. Name it WP Event Manager to ServiceTitan.
2. Pick your trigger
Select WP Event Manager as the form provider. AFI fires when an event is submitted or a registration is received, giving you access to organizer name, email, event title, event date, venue, and ticket type.
3. Select ServiceTitan as the destination
Choose ServiceTitan from the platform dropdown and pick Add Customer. This creates a customer in ServiceTitan.
4. Map fields
Match each ServiceTitan field on the left to the corresponding WP Event Manager field on the right. Common mappings include organizer name, email, event title, event date, venue, and ticket type. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.
5. Add conditions if needed
Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.
6. Save and test
Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in WP Event Manager. Check ServiceTitan to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
Free vs Pro
The free version maps name, email, phone, and address to ServiceTitan with unlimited records. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-record fees on any plan.
Frequently asked questions
Which WP Event Manager events trigger the integration?

Will adding this slow down my site?
No. AFI sends data to the destination after the event completes. Your site performance is not affected.
Can I send data to multiple platforms?
Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every record flows to all of them simultaneously.
