How to Send WP Event Manager Data to JustCall

JustCall is a phone and SMS platform. WP Event Manager handles an event is submitted or a registration is received on your WordPress site. JustCall is where that data needs to go. Here is how to connect them without Zapier or code.

What you will need

Connect JustCall to AFI

1. Log in to your JustCall account.
2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API Key.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → JustCall.
4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it WP Event Manager to JustCall.

2. Pick your trigger

Select WP Event Manager as the form provider. AFI fires when an event is submitted or a registration is received, giving you access to organizer name, email, event title, event date, venue, and ticket type.

3. Select JustCall as the destination

Choose JustCall from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This creates a contact in JustCall.

4. Map fields

Match each JustCall field on the left to the corresponding WP Event Manager field on the right. Common mappings include organizer name, email, event title, event date, venue, and ticket type. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in WP Event Manager. Check JustCall to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
