Connect JobNimbus to AFI

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it WP Event Manager to JobNimbus.

2. Pick your trigger

Select WP Event Manager as the form provider. AFI fires when an event is submitted or a registration is received, giving you access to organizer name, email, event title, event date, venue, and ticket type.

3. Select JobNimbus as the destination

Choose JobNimbus from the platform dropdown and pick Add Lead. This creates a lead in JobNimbus.

4. Map fields

Match each JobNimbus field on the left to the corresponding WP Event Manager field on the right. Common mappings include organizer name, email, event title, event date, venue, and ticket type. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in WP Event Manager. Check JobNimbus to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
