CINC is a real estate CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. If you want WP Event Manager event synced to CINC, you could pay for a cloud automation service. Or you could do it directly from WordPress. This is the direct route.

Why not just use Zapier?

For connecting WP Event Manager to real estate CRM, a cloud automation service adds cost and a dependency on an external server. AFI runs on your site with no task limits.

What you will need

  • A WordPress site with WP Event Manager installed and configured.
  • A CINC account.
  • The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect CINC to AFI

CINC uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → CINC, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it WP Event Manager to CINC.

2. Pick your trigger

Select WP Event Manager as the form provider. AFI fires when an event is submitted or a registration is received, giving you access to organizer name, email, event title, event date, venue, and ticket type.

3. Select CINC as the destination

Choose CINC from the platform dropdown and pick Create Lead. This creates a lead in CINC.

4. Map fields

Match each CINC field on the left to the corresponding WP Event Manager field on the right. Common mappings include organizer name, email, event title, event date, venue, and ticket type. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in WP Event Manager. Check CINC to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.

Free vs Pro

The free version maps name, email, and phone to CINC with unlimited records. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-record fees on any plan.

Frequently asked questions

Which WP Event Manager events trigger the integration?

AFI fires when an event is submitted or a registration is received. This covers new submissions and relevant status changes.

Will adding this slow down my site?

No. AFI sends data to the destination after the event completes. Your site performance is not affected.

Can I send data to multiple platforms?

Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every record flows to all of them simultaneously.
