How to Send WooCommerce Orders to Zoho Meeting

Zoho Meeting is a webinar platform for hosting online events and sessions. If you want WooCommerce orders synced to Zoho Meeting, you could pay for a cloud automation service. Or you could do it directly from WordPress. This is the direct route.

Connect Zoho Meeting to AFI

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it WooCommerce to Zoho Meeting.

2. Pick your trigger

Select WooCommerce as the form provider. AFI fires when an order status changes, giving you access to customer details, billing and shipping addresses, line items, totals, and payment method.

3. Select Zoho Meeting as the destination

Choose Zoho Meeting from the platform dropdown and pick Register for Webinar. This registers a contact for a Zoho Meeting webinar.

4. Map fields

Match each Zoho Meeting field on the left to the corresponding WooCommerce order field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, phone, billing address, order total, and product details. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule. For example, only sync orders above a specific total, or only completed orders.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your WooCommerce store. Check Zoho Meeting to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
