How to Send WooCommerce Orders to Webhook

Connect Webhook to AFI

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

3. Select Webhook as the destination

Match each Webhook field on the left to the corresponding WooCommerce order field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, phone, billing address, order total, and product details. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule. For example, only sync orders above a specific total, or only completed orders.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your WooCommerce store. Check Webhook to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
