How to Send WooCommerce Orders to SuiteDash

SuiteDash is a business management platform. Every WooCommerce order should flow into SuiteDash automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

The direct approach

What you will need

Connect SuiteDash to AFI

1. In SuiteDash, go to Profile → Integrations → SECURE API.
2. Copy your Public ID and generate a Secret Key.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → SuiteDash.
4. Enter the Public ID and Secret Key, then click Save.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it WooCommerce to SuiteDash.

2. Pick your trigger

Select WooCommerce as the form provider. AFI fires when an order status changes, giving you access to customer details, billing and shipping addresses, line items, totals, and payment method.

3. Select SuiteDash as the destination

Choose SuiteDash from the platform dropdown and pick Add Company and Contact. This creates a company and linked contact in SuiteDash.

4. Map fields

Match each SuiteDash field on the left to the corresponding WooCommerce order field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, phone, billing address, order total, and product details. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule. For example, only sync orders above a specific total, or only completed orders.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your WooCommerce store. Check SuiteDash to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
