Sierra Interactive is a real estate CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. Here is how to pipe WooCommerce order data straight into Sierra Interactive using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.

Skip the automation middleman

Rather than routing order data through a third-party cloud, AFI sends it directly from your WordPress server to Sierra Interactive. No task meter, no monthly bill.

What you will need

  • A WordPress site with WooCommerce installed and configured.
  • A Sierra Interactive account.
  • The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Sierra Interactive to AFI

  1. Log in to your Sierra Interactive account.
  2. Copy your API Key from settings.
  3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Sierra Interactive.
  4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it WooCommerce to Sierra Interactive.

2. Pick your trigger

Select WooCommerce as the form provider. AFI fires when an order status changes, giving you access to customer details, billing and shipping addresses, line items, totals, and payment method.

3. Select Sierra Interactive as the destination

Choose Sierra Interactive from the platform dropdown and pick Add Lead. This creates a lead in Sierra Interactive.

4. Map fields

Match each Sierra Interactive field on the left to the corresponding WooCommerce order field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, phone, billing address, order total, and product details. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule. For example, only sync orders above a specific total, or only completed orders.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your WooCommerce store. Check Sierra Interactive to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.

Free vs Pro

The free version maps name, email, and phone to Sierra Interactive with unlimited orders. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-order fees on any plan.

Frequently asked questions

Which WooCommerce events trigger the integration?

AFI fires when an order status changes (for example, pending to processing, or processing to completed). This covers new orders, successful payments, refunds, and cancellations.

Will adding this slow down my checkout?

No. AFI sends data to the destination after the order is processed. Your customers complete checkout normally without any delay.

Can I send orders to multiple platforms?

Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every order flows to all of them simultaneously.
