ServiceM8 is a field service management platform. Here is how to pipe WooCommerce order data straight into ServiceM8 using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.

The direct approach

AFI delivers order data straight from WordPress to ServiceM8. No third-party cloud, no per-task fees, and every request is logged for troubleshooting.

What you will need

  • A WordPress site with WooCommerce installed and configured.
  • A ServiceM8 account.
  • The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect ServiceM8 to AFI

  1. Log in to your ServiceM8 account.
  2. Go to Settings → API and generate API credentials.
  3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → ServiceM8.
  4. Enter the credentials and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it WooCommerce to ServiceM8.

2. Pick your trigger

Select WooCommerce as the form provider. AFI fires when an order status changes, giving you access to customer details, billing and shipping addresses, line items, totals, and payment method.

3. Select ServiceM8 as the destination

Choose ServiceM8 from the platform dropdown and pick Add Job. This creates a job in ServiceM8.

4. Map fields

Match each ServiceM8 field on the left to the corresponding WooCommerce order field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, phone, billing address, order total, and product details. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule. For example, only sync orders above a specific total, or only completed orders.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your WooCommerce store. Check ServiceM8 to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.

Free vs Pro

The free version maps name, email, phone, and address to ServiceM8 with unlimited orders. Pro adds custom field mapping and job status. No per-order fees on any plan.

Frequently asked questions

Which WooCommerce events trigger the integration?

AFI fires when an order status changes (for example, pending to processing, or processing to completed). This covers new orders, successful payments, refunds, and cancellations.

Will adding this slow down my checkout?

No. AFI sends data to the destination after the order is processed. Your customers complete checkout normally without any delay.

Can I send orders to multiple platforms?

Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every order flows to all of them simultaneously.
