How to Send WooCommerce Orders to SendGrid

SendGrid is a email delivery platform for managing subscribers and campaigns. Here is how to pipe WooCommerce order data straight into SendGrid using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.

Connect SendGrid to AFI

Setting up the integration

4. Map fields

Match each SendGrid field on the left to the corresponding WooCommerce order field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, phone, billing address, order total, and product details. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule. For example, only sync orders above a specific total, or only completed orders.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your WooCommerce store. Check SendGrid to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
