How to Send WooCommerce Orders to Real Geeks

What you will need

Connect Real Geeks to AFI

Real Geeks uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Real Geeks, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it WooCommerce to Real Geeks.

2. Pick your trigger

Select WooCommerce as the form provider. AFI fires when an order status changes, giving you access to customer details, billing and shipping addresses, line items, totals, and payment method.

3. Select Real Geeks as the destination

Choose Real Geeks from the platform dropdown and pick Add Lead. This creates a lead in Real Geeks.

4. Map fields

Match each Real Geeks field on the left to the corresponding WooCommerce order field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, phone, billing address, order total, and product details. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule. For example, only sync orders above a specific total, or only completed orders.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your WooCommerce store. Check Real Geeks to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.

Which WooCommerce events trigger the integration?

AFI fires when an order status changes (for example, pending to processing, or processing to completed). This covers new orders, successful payments, refunds, and cancellations.

No. AFI sends data to the destination after the order is processed. Your customers complete checkout normally without any delay.

Can I send orders to multiple platforms?

Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every order flows to all of them simultaneously.
