How to Send WooCommerce Orders to Keap

Keap is a CRM and automation that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. Getting WooCommerce order data into Keap does not require external tools. Advanced Form Integration handles it natively, and this guide covers every step.

Connect Keap to AFI

Keap uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Keap, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it WooCommerce to Keap.

2. Pick your trigger

Select WooCommerce as the form provider. AFI fires when an order status changes, giving you access to customer details, billing and shipping addresses, line items, totals, and payment method.

3. Select Keap as the destination

Choose Keap from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This creates or updates a contact in Keap.

4. Map fields

Match each Keap field on the left to the corresponding WooCommerce order field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, phone, billing address, order total, and product details. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule. For example, only sync orders above a specific total, or only completed orders.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your WooCommerce store. Check Keap to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
